Specialized art / Art Therapy Groups: $25-45 per person
These 1-3 hour groups can include a variety of media to meet the needs/goals of the children, teens and/or adults attending.
Art Therapy Experiential Groups: Free- $20 per person
These groups are designed with helping professionals in mind who are interested in learning more about art therapy or as a supportive therapeutic experiential to promote self-care.

Sacred Artmaking
This group will explore a brief history of and intentions behind creating sacred objects.
A 6 week course using mixed media methods.
Trauma-informed Art Therapy
This 6 week course is designed for individuals working through symptoms associated with trauma and may be diagnosed with PTSD or C-PTSD.
Sessions include grounding and body regulation tools, sensorimotor art therapy prompts, trauma informed mindfulness and supportive yoga breathwork.
Social Action Art
A 5 week group with the primary goal of bringing awareness to social injustices through collaborative artmaking. The group culminates in a presentation of the artwork to the community.
Shadow Art Therapy
A 5-week course (no group 7/3/23) designed to explore the archetype of the shadow through an art psychotherapeutic lens.
Each week participants will be asked to create artwork in response to a question intended to challenge perceptions about themselves and the world we inhabit.
Process Painting
A 6 week course open to 18+ designed as a container for safe exploration of the self through painting. We follow the basic principles of process painting including:
1) Not knowing - Embodying courage to NOT know what we will create.
2) Listening - Being open and listening to what our body, hearts and minds say during the process.
3) Respect - To allow whatever arises to be respected and not dismissed.
4) Energy - Following where our energy, intuition and instincts take us.
5) Difficulty - Embracing challenging emotions/ideas.
6) Non-judgment - Not interpreting what we create to remain open and curious.
7) Completion - The fullest expression demonstrated by a sense of satisfaction and integration.
